He founded Buffett Partnership Ltd. in 1956, and by 1965 he had taken over Berkshire Hathaway. The owner of a conglomerate with holdings in the media, insurance, energy, and food and beverage industries, Buffett is one of the richest men in the world and a prominent philanthropist. In this speech, he also quotes: "If you get to be 65 or 70 and later, and the people that you want to have love you actually do love you, you're a success.
