Islam is perfect, we are not.

In today's episode, we acknowledge that the permissibility of polygamy has never been in question, rather the approach and execution of it is something that needs to be addressed. We see excellence, beauty and emotional intelligence through our Prophet Muhammad pbuh, in his relationship with Allah and Allah's creation, and this inspires us to always follow his example. However, in cases where the example of emotional intelligence is absent, where psychological and spiritual abuse is prevalent, we find long-term repercussions of pain and distress.

This episode shines a light on issues that can arise when polygamy is not done in a way that is in keeping with the Prophetic tradition.
