President Cyril Ramaphosa has expressed his condolences to the family of Apartheid South Africa's last president FW de Klerk. De Klerk died this morning at his home in Fresnaye in Cape Town at the age of 85. He was diagnosed with mesothelioma cancer earlier this year. De Klerk was head of state from September 1989 until May 1994.
