Heres how I change and regap my spark plugs on a 2020 Kia Stinger GT. This method doesnt require removing the intake manifold, just some finger magic to remove the #3 spark plug and coil pack. The most important part is to have the right swivels, if you have the right tools before starting it shouldnt take to long to get everything done.
