This maker documentary centers around the life and work of Further North Fab, a creator based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The founder, Kris Crawford, offers a simple approach to modern design. His goal is to enable the weekend warrior to get into the shop and start creating. Whether it be with his CNC router, basic woodworking tools, or his ever-expanding mediums, Further North Fab has a fiery passion for making as well as sharing his knowledge and experience. It isn’t surprising that Kris’ portfolio of work spans anywhere from incredible furniture to sleek and detailed motorcycle builds which can all be seen on his YouTube and Instagram since becoming a content creator. He and his wife Erin both believe that creating should be a fun and rewarding process.
