If you have canned tuna, make this easy and delicious dish!
Canned tuna with vegetables wrapped in thin pancakes - it's indescribably delicious! I'm willing to eat this dish three times a week with canned tuna. INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION
Canned tuna
Onion
Garlic
zucchini
Sweet peppers
2 medium tomatoes
Salt
pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon coriander
1 tablespoon olive oil
Take canned tuna in its own juice
Drain the liquid and place in a frying pan
Add finely chopped vegetables and spices to the tuna and fry for 5 minutes.
Prepare thin pancakes.
2 eggs.
Salt.
1 glass of milk.
2 glasses of water.
2 cups flour.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Grease with vegetable oil for frying.
Cheese.
Wrap the filling in pancakes and add cheese.
