The Senate clears procedural hurdles towards passage of a $95 billion bill to aid Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan, and potentially ban the TikTok video app in the United States, voting not to allow amendments and then to limit debate.

The second case on labor law deals with seven employees of a Starbucks in Memphis who were fired for alleged union organizing and asks when the National Labor Relations Board can get a preliminary injunction to have fired workers rehired while their case is pending.
