红烧茄子,又香又下饭,做法简单,还非常的好吃

材料:3个茄子,5瓣大蒜,3个小米青红椒
酱汁:1勺酱油,1勺蚝油,半勺黑酱油,1勺香醋,1勺白糖,1勺玉米淀粉,100毫升清水

1)茄子切成小条,加一茶匙盐,少许白醋腌制
2)大蒜切成蒜末,小米椒切成圈
3)清洗茄子沥干水分,再挤干水份,加入一勺玉米淀粉,抓拌均匀
4)热锅倒油,油热后放入茄子,炸至微焦
5)锅中留少许油,放入蒜末小米椒爆香,放入茄子,倒入准备的酱汁,炒至酱汁浓稠就可以出锅了
