The City of Whiting received a special visit from Mascots for a Cure and local mascot friends on Saturday, March 18, 2017. Mayor Joe Stahura, Mascot Hall of Fame Executive Director, Al Spajer, MHOF mascot Reggy, NWI Oilmen's Stan, Rusty the Railcat, and of course, the official mascot for Mascots for a Cure Foundation, gathered at the future site of the Mascot Hall of Fame in Whiting, Indiana to twist away childhood cancer. The challenge continued as Mascots for a Cure and friends made their way through the 119th Street, Downtown Whiting business district to raise awareness. Check it out!
