This meditation guides you through both acknowledging and surrendering your fear, allowing you to arrive in a hopeful, calm presence as you move through your IVF journey, and specifically, for the embryo transfer.

Transcript:
 Hello and welcome.

If you are here, you may be experiencing fear around embryo transfer. During this meditation, you will observe any feelings of uncertainty from a space of calm, attentive awareness. Allowing you to recognize your fear with compassion and ease as you arrive in a peaceful, understanding presence within yourself,

beginning by relaxing into a comfortable place.

And when you're ready, allow your eyes to close and your body to soften,

feeling your body in space. Sensing where relaxation is most present within you and allowing it to double and expand throughout your body, like a comforting, soft blanket of relaxation being draped over you. Sweeping and spreading over your body as you settle into a calm, peaceful presence.

Widening your awareness, feeling your body as boundless and weightless as it surrenders into a relaxed, peaceful state.

Observing any thoughts or emotions flowing through you and letting them come and go as they do awakening fully as this moment flows into the next.

When it comes to embryo transfer during I V F, it's common to experience waves of fear around the outcome. By recognizing fear as a natural response to uncertainty, you can begin to cultivate a compassionate relationship between yourself and your journey, allowing you to find acceptance and peace within each step forward.

As you navigate this process from a space of calm and ease,

being in this awareness, kindly tune inward, observing any fear residing within you, and perhaps asking your fear. What are you scared of? Allowing whatever arises to be acknowledging what's at the core of this emotion from a place of compassion and letting any possible worrisome scenarios, your fear may be envisioning to play out within your mind.

Making room for your fear to be seen and heard as you mindfully hold space for this emotion to express itself within this moment

remaining conscious and alert. Allow your fear to surrender to the background now clearing space for a calm hopefulness within you to emerge forward and as your awareness moves past fear, witness as you arrive in a peaceful, compassionate presence. Acknowledging what it feels like to welcome a pleasant awareness to enter your body, and noticing a sense of clarity beginning to flourish within your mind.

Allowing this moment to be one of both releasing and opening. Letting go of any remaining worry or uncertainty as you embrace feelings of trust and hope.

Opening your awareness further out, feeling your breath rising and falling in your chest as you gently draw your attention to your heart.

Perhaps taking this moment to acknowledge that there is room for both hope and fear within this journey and within yourself, and there is no right or wrong way to experience this process and that all of your emotions are valid and understandable. Gifting yourself this moment to feel seen and heard.

Acknowledging the strength and resilience you display each and every day just by showing up and honoring this powerful, strong, and caring mother within you.
