Rice wine bread basic dough (10 to 12 frumpy molds (80x40x40mm))
80g Mudeungsan fresh makgeolli, 240g water, 7g instant dry yeast, 50g organic sugar
600g of soft rice powder, 4g of salt, 60g of additional water

* This recipe has low sugar content. If you want to add sweetness, increase the sugar.
