This is just a portion of the planned video. Sadly I am confined to bed waiting for transfusions at the Oncology Center. The video will have to wait until I feel better.

I have confirmed that this letter that I found on a public website was sent to the ARRL Board of Directors months ago. I have been told that there was no investigation as to the complaints by the author. I do not know the name of the person complaining, job title, years of service or the gender. I have no way to verify its contents. I have no way to confirm the complaints. I am simply reading this letter deadpan with no emphasis. If in fact nothing was done to investigate, then the Board of Directors needs to resign and new elections be held.

I have also been told that there are major accusations between the Directors. Also, that planned changes to the bylaws will allow secret meetings that should be public. It appears to me that the ARRL is on a couse to failure unless things change. The CEO is not the problem. The ARRL Board of Directors is the problem. They should resign.

We need a strong, vibrant ARRL that represents all amateurs. The staff does not need controversy.

For now, some members will vote with their renewal.

For those who donate blood, thank you. I have had 17 units of blood so far.
