Stanley Ligas is the named plaintiff in a class action lawsuit that ultimately led to thousands of people with developmental disabilities being allowed to move out of institutions and into the community. On our 35th Anniversary, we caught up with Stanley at his home to meet his roommates and see how he is doing.
