आज इस व्हिडिओ में डॉ.जय मेहता, AMH कि टेस्ट कब करनी चाहिए (What is AMH Test?) इस प्रश्न का जवाब विस्तार में देने वाले है ।AMH हमे महिलाओ के ovarian reserve और उनकी गुणवत्ता दर्शाता है। काफी बार लोग जब infertility treatment ले रहे होते है तब पूछते है तब उस treatment में AMH test के बारेमें उसमे लिखा हुआ होता है और काफी सारे clinics में AMH test करना काफी महत्वपूर्ण होता है , treatment शुरू करने से पहले। AMH Primodial follicles जो महिलाओ में जन्म से रहते है बस उम्र के साथ वह कम हो जाते है और इसको बढ़ाने केलिए कोई उपाय नहीं है।

AMH कि टेस्ट कब करनी चाहिए? (amh test means)
35 के बाद महिलाओ का AMH कम हो जाता है पर आजकल काम उम्र में भी AMH level कम रहता है।
अगर fertility test की बात करे तो सामान्यतः यह बताया जाता है की period के पहले या दूसरे दिन में ही amh blood test (anti mullerian hormone test_ करना चाहिए। Period के पहले या दूसरे दिन पे टेस्ट इसीलिए किया जाता है क्युकी उस वक्त FSH और LH की basal value पता चलती है। AMH blood test हमे egg reserve बताता है और इस reserve का period से कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं है। AMH blood test आप कभी भी कर सकते है। इसकेलिए आपको किसी भी नियमो का पालन करने की जरुरत नहीं होती है।

Anti Mullerian Hormone Test
AMH test का नतीजा सही आने केलिए laboratory में temperature control सही रखना पड़ता है और किस प्रकार से खून निकाला जाता है उसके ऊपर भी AMH की value पर फरक पड़ सकता है इसलिए AMH का टेस्ट अच्छे laboratory से करना बोहोत महत्वपूर्ण है। यह reports आने केलिए ४-६ घंटे लगते है। काफी सारे centers ऐसे रहते है जो खुद के AMH test करते है जिनका नतीजा १ घंटे तक मिल जाता है।

AMH Test Results Explained
अगर AMH value 4ng/ml से कम होता है या फिर थोड़े cases में 2ng/ml से कम हो तो उसे low AMH कहा जाता है। Standard AMH होता है 3-8 ng/ml या 4-10 ng/ml (normal amh levels)। अगर AMH value 1.6 ng/ml से कम हो , तो उसे low AMH कहते है। इसके उम्र के सम्बंधित parameters और अलग अलग gradings रहते है।

AMH को लेके अपने मन में डर मत रखिये। Low AMH है इसका मतलब यह नहीं है की IVF की जरुरत पड़ेगी या या दवाइयों से AMH नहीं बढ़ता। Low AMH के काफी सारे procedures है जिससे महिला खुद का बच्चा पा सकती है।
