Dr. Derek Webster is the president of Missions Door, a global missions organization focused on identifying, resourcing, networking, and encouraging local multipliers. He is an author of several books, teacher, former lead pastor at a multi-campus church, and has planted several churches internationally. Dr. Webster teaches and consults with hundreds of leaders globally on leadership, culture, and mission. Together with his wife, Melissa, their family includes three grandchildren.
