Shot 1: Preheat the printer to at least 180C. Remove the filament, either using the menu or manually. Turn off the printer.
Shot 2: Unplug the extruder motor wire.
Shot 3: Remove the extruder tensioning arm and spring after first using the appropriate hex key to loosen the screw on the tensioning arm.
Shot 4: Use the appropriate hex key to loosen all the screws on the extruder mount and then take them out. When taking out the last screw, you need to hold the motor by hand to prevent the motor from falling off after the screw is completely removed.
Shot 5: Place the new motor under the extruder panel in the original position. Pay attention to the direction of the motor socket. Tighten the screws to fix the extruder seat and motor on the extruder panel at the same time. Then assemble the tensioning arm and spring. First set the spring into the extruder seat and then the tensioning arm. Press the tensioning arm spring until the tensioning arm and extruder seat are fully aligned with the corresponding screw holes on the extrusion seat, and then tighten the screws.
