Here’s how you can turn your IPhone into a dumb phone:
1. Settings
2. Screen time
3. Content & privacy restrictions
4. You would click “Allowed apps” and remove what you’d like.
5. You could also hit ITunes & App Store purchases and turn it to “ Don’t Allow”.

I recommend having someone you trust set up a screen time password for you, so you can’t just download everything back on your phone easily.
