Aand I made part two, as promised. I struggled with finding the right song for a bit, but eventually I remembered this one, and I knew it was THE song. I mean, to me this song matches their story, because after everything they've been through they found 'a home' and that is with each other.They were both betrayed by their partener and found another chance, but they were also each other's moral support: Ellie helped him with Sandbrook, and not just with the case, but I also think he encouraged him, and when nobody believed Ellie didn't know, Alec was there for her. AND THEIR GOODBYE IN SEASON 2 STILL BREAKS ME EVEN THOUGH HE CAME BACK but I got all the feels again when he pretty much said he wanted to stay there because he got a chance. Whoever thinks he started to like Broadchurch as in the town, is fooling themselves, he said he hated it still but not all of it and she grinned because she knew.OK, ok? Like I've had a lot of non canon ships, and I've never been this sure about one. He said he still hated it soo. There are just too many parallels. I do think they love each other, even if they weren't a couple in season 3. They are just two idiots in love.In my head, they got together in season 4, who knows, me might get that, but I don't think very soon. Anyway, I will shut up now, but I love these two. I should have named this TWO CINNAMON ROLLS THAT NEED TO BE PROTECTED AT ALL COSTS!!
