In the mid 1900s, Behavioral Leadership theories such as Lewin leadership styles, the Ohio State and Michigan leadership studies and Blake Mouton Managerial Grid emerge.
As we get to the second half of the 20th century, the focus moves to Contingency Theory and Situational Leadership, including Path-Goal Theory, Fiedler's contingency model and the Vroom Jago decision model.
The video ends with three more modern frameworks with a stronger emphasis in Emotional Intelligence: Full Range Leadership Model, Servant Leadership and the Six Leadership Styles by Goleman.
