Everyone in the bounce house business LOVES tarps (sarcasm)

The Jump Off is located in South Louisiana (New Orleans area) where the ground is made up of soft clay, and as soon as it gets wet it turns to a crazy muddy soup!

To avoid getting the slides mega-dirty, we tarp under the whole thing "every time". But with different sized bounce houses and waterslides, keeping the tarps organized for the employees was getting HARD.

So, we came up with a cool color coded method using zip ties, and then I also wanted to get the tarps to last longer, so I invented a great little way to reinforce the corners with gorilla tape that's been working GREAT!

Nick quit his 16 year "career" as as a District Manager for Journeys shoes in August 2019, and while he worked to scale The Jump Off, he drove uber, sold trash that he found on the side of the road, and picked up as many odd jobs (like building swing sets) as he could.

Then in late 2019, Nick hit "The Bounce House lottery" (https://nickglassett.com/bounce-house...) and when the pandemic shut everything down in 2020, he sprung into action and took that moment to make The Jump Off what it is today!
