It's not every day you'll use a phone with lesser specs than the flagship — and with it being half the price — and come away pretty darn amazed. But that's me and the Google Pixel 3a XL. Put it this way — half the time I completely forgot I wasn't using the Pixel 3. It's not perfect. But it's also half the price — and ridiculously good for what you'll pay.
