Air Force One departs Chicago's O'Hare International Airport transporting U.S. President Joe Biden back to Washington, D.C. after a quick visit to the Windy City. Air Force One is flown, maintained, and operated by the United States Air Force ( USAF / U.S.A.F. ) Air Mobility Command, 89th Airlift Wing ( 89AW / 89th AW ) Presidential Airlift Group headquartered at Joint Base Andrews, formerly known as Andrews Air Force Base ( ADW ).

The aircraft is a highly-modified Boeing 747-200, military classification, Boeing VC-25A, tail # 28000. There is a sister aircraft, tail # 29000, which must be undergoing heavy repairs or being saved for emergency uses only that we haven't seen at ORD in quite some time.

We were busy turning a Cargolux 747 Freighter, so I was unable to go anywhere else to see this takeoff like I usually would, but it was a great experience to share with my coworkers to watch the airport grind to a halt for a VIP movement for the world's most famous aircraft. You can see some of the rampbtraffic and other aircraft parked at North East Cargo as I pan out to track the aircraft taking off.

Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed the video!
