I've taken this old boat and started demolition. It hasn't been easy, we've had to use the sawzall to get some screws out, skill saw to get off the front deck, and had to cut the bolt for the motor (rusted on), and we pulled the console out. The last part we address the paint stripping and work to take it off. I'm up in the air about whether I will paint the outside first or flip it and strip the inside.
