I'm at Maggiano's testing the gluten-free menu for hidden gluten using my Nima Sensor. During the video, you'll see that I was excited to eat here. You'll see that the pasta tested GF with my Nima Sensor. However, I tested the GF lemon piccata chicken and it tested positive for gluten.

I had a great experience and the restaurant really worked hard to help me, but alas, not all the dishes tested safely GF. And I repeated the positive for gluten tests twice.
