One of my daughters bought these fish almost two years ago. She’s done a fantastic job working the tank through the nitrogen cycle to have a healthy fish tank.

This silly fish has done this off and on for weeks now. We’ve done the hospital tank a couple times (and will continue to do so) but how can we prevent this from happening over and over?!

Time to do some research...

UPDATE: to resolve this issue, we did the crushes peas trick and reduced feeding to every second day. These fish seem to be thriving for the last month or so. Thank you all for your advise! Further updates to come (check out @WithTheDavis for more!)
