Hi friends! Today we dive into the Career Districts and see how their training academies work!

The Career Districts are Districts 1, 2 and 4. They are known for training their tributes, giving them the best chance to win. These academies however are completely illegal, as training your tributes before the Games is illegal. This means we know very little about them, so here is my theory and ideas as to how they work!
