Supplements are an essential addition to a healthy diet, but it can be overwhelming trying to find one that's safe and effective. Have you ever wondered whether or not your supplements are actually doing anything? It's a valid question.
While some supplements have evidence-based research to back their proposed effects, others are just trying to sell you expensive (and potentially harmful) capsules.
So today, I'm talking all things supplements - including regulation, sourcing, and safety, and I'm sharing some tips on how to choose an effective, science-backed supplement!
