The last summer, before the pandemic, we were lucky enough to have a lovely holiday in Portugal. I had to grab the opportunity and visit the Mecca of Portuguese dessert lover, the Pastéis de Belém.

The fantastic people in Pastéis de Belém were kind enough and allowed me to see the secrets of Pastéis de Belém production (no, not the secret recipe, unfortunately).

It took me a long time to edit this video. I really wanted to make it count.
