10-minute Teriyaki chicken recipe | The Tastiest Chicken Breast Recipe
This teriyaki chicken dish takes 5 minutes to prepare and ten minutes to cook. It’s sweet from the honey, savory from the soy sauce, and packed with umami with no added sugar, with a pinch of shichimi togarashi & fresh crunchy spring onions / scallions. You can make it all at home! Made from diced chicken breast and simple ingredients. Including sesame oil, crushed garlic cloves, grated ginger, runny honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, shichimi togarashi, toasted sesame seeds and spring onions / scallions with pak choi / bok choi and boiled rice. The teriyaki chicken can also be served with noodles or as a side on its own, this dish is delicious, juicy, tender, crunchy, tasty, flavourful, and can be cooked in no time.


Ingredients
650 grams of diced chicken breast 1-2 inch / boneless chicken is also OK
30-40ml / 3-4 tbsp toasted sesame oil
a few large garlic cloves, crushed
2 inch sized piece ginger, grated
65g runny honey
50ml / 5 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, to serve
handful of sliced spring onions / scallions, to serve
boiled rice, to serve
steamed pak choi / bok choi or any other greens, broccoli etc, to serve

1 ½ tsp salt (I used sea salt)
3 tbsp of all-purpose flour
3 tbsp oil (I used olive oil)
40 grams of butter
6 cloves of finely chopped garlic
100 grams of chicken stock
1tsp of thyme
1 tsp of oregano
handful of fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp of fresh chopped sweet chilli / pepper

Creamy chicken tikka masala recipe
In this video I show how to make a creamy & tasty chicken tikka masala. This recipe takes around 30 minutes to cook and around 15 minutes to prepare, then marinate, made with fresh and dry warm spices. With blended fresh tomato puree then rounded of with coconut milk for a creamy texture, which produces a vibrant tikka colour finishing off with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon / lime.


Ingredients

For the marinade
750 grams of chicken (I used diced breast, but bone in is fine)
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp chilli powder (I used Kashmiri for the vibrant colour)
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
½ a cup of Greek yogurt / natural set

Cooking and sauce

2 tbsp of olive oil (veg oil is fine)
1 medium onion finely diced
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp of salt (to taste)
1 tsp of sugar (to balance flavours)
200ml of tomato puree (I blended fresh tomatoes)
300ml canned coconut milk
handful of freshly chopped coriander
half a lemon or lime


Serve with boiled rice (I used Basmati)
