Mama's Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
8oz cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
6 eggs, room temperature
3 cups cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325°.
Coat a bundt pan with butter and flour.
Beat the softened butter on high until creamy and smooth, about 3 minutes.
Add the cream cheese.
Beat the mixture on high for about 1 minute.
Add the sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat until everything is combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
Add the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
Beat until everything is combined.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 75-95 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Halfway through cooking time cover with aluminum foil.
Let cool completely before removing from bundt pan.
