I like to pretend I have no viewers. I record videos for myself firstly, then post publicly in hopes that it can be helpful, therapeutic, insightful in some way to others.

This is a video diary and self therapy session and yes, it actually was cathartic to say all this and let out just a little bit of my anger. I hope It can provide that to others. Yes these thoughts are a result of pain and disappointment and doesn't actually represent what I believe in my conscious, rational mind.


Hopefully, this can also give hope to those who struggle in the same ways. That there are good people everywhere, and love is everywhere. And that you can choose love and you are deserving of love.

Again, this is me unloading my unconscious beliefs. Its not nessesarily what I consciously believe. My goal is that through talking about this, putting my feelings and experiences into words and hearing imput from others, I can gain new perspective on the subject.
