Well in this video I’m going to give you guys 3 ways pay your rent and any other bill that usually your credit card won't allow you to pay. Example, rent, tuition, and taxes.

Paying your rent with a credit card - Step by Step

Basic Idea: The idea is to create a blog in 24 hours for me, but it’ll probably only take you 1 hour after watching this video.

Basic idea: if you want to pay a bill with a credit card, you can use one of these 5 services to get it done for a small fee of usually 2.5%. That includes rent, tuition and sometimes even taxes.

Why? Because you have a credit sigh up bonus, you could easily meet it, without having to spend money on random things.

Or, if you’re a business and are low on cash, but want to pay with a card, then that’s also on option. ( and yes that included personal bills)

1. Plastiq, Melio, Paysimple
Beg: You’ve probably heard about them from 99% of the credit card community here on youtube
Climax: And that’s because they are very good at what they do.
Ending: When you sign up for the first time they give you $500 of free money to send, without a few.

Fees: The average fee is around 2.5% and sometimes I’ve them lower it for promotional purposes.

What you can pay: Rent/Mortgage, Tuition and utilities and a lot more. ( picture)

How: Once you sign up, all you have to do is add the recipient of your payment and also your payment method which in this case will be your credit card.

Options: Paper Check, ACH Bank Transfer, US Domestic wire transfer

2. Paypal and Venmo: this way you can send money to friends for a fee
Basic Idea:
Beg: I’ve actually sent money to a friend before
Climax: And then I just had them return the money to me in cash
Ending: However, you have to be careful, because although you're just looking for some points or quick cash. A lot of criminals use this information to launder money.

Tip: I actually paid with PayPal credit and got 6 months to pay back the money interest-free

Fees: With PayPal, they will charge you 2.9% + 50 cents
And with Venmo: 3%

3. Giftcards Manufactured spend and there are 2 ways to do it

The First way: you buy a 500 visa or master card debit card at your local ride aid with your credit card and boom now you can pay some bills with the debit card.

Instructions:
Step 1: Buy debit card giftcards visa or master card with your credit. I recommend 200 or 500 for each card. So have to do this less often.

Step 2: Go to one of the participating branches to reload your serve or bluebird card with those debit cards. I used Walmart and Family Dollar in the past.

Step 3: Transfer the cash from your bluebird card to your bank account. Boom that’s it.

Ps. If you look shady they won't let you do it, so be nice and be normal. And say you're buying it for a birthday gift or for a friend.
