Both of these cases are fantastic but there are noticeable differences between the two other than size. The Corsair 7000D Airflow has several improvements over the 5000D that warrant the extra cost. Honestly you can't go wrong with either case. They both have fantastic airflow and lots of room.
I personally use the 7000D because of the extra room and the hinged panels for easy access to the mothboard.
