The Kyosho Mini-Z line of cars is a great way to get into some small-scale RC fun with some highly detailed bodies. These drivable models are not ultra performance machines, but I wanted to bump up the capability of a Mini-Z 4x4 that Kyosho was nice enough to send over for the channel. So I ordered up a bunch of options and set out to build an Ultimate Mini-Z 4x4 project. But after a tricky build, I was met with near instant parts failure.
