Kamden grew up in San Diego playing club soccer for San Diego Spirit (Crusaders) and played varsity at Helix High School. She now coaches her daughters' city league soccer team in Springville, Ut. She is also an ADHD coach and works one on one with clients supporting them in life, business, relationships and parenting all through the lense of ADHD.
