Two more Thomson computers ... a 1st generation MO5 "Michel Platini" limited edition and a 2nd generation TO8D.

Michel Platini is a famous French footballer and captained the French team when they won the European Championship in 1984 (amongst other achievements & awards), hence (I'm assuming) the computer tie-in around that time.

The MO5 retains the same internals as the original, rubber-keyed MO5 (i.e. 48KBytes of RAM), but we get a nice mechanical keyboard and some extra peripherals in a carry bag, including a cassette recorder (LEP), light pen and sound/joystick interface. Interestingly the joysticks use a DIN plug (like Soviet/post Soviet machines) instead of DE9.

The TO8D comes with 256KBytes of RAM (an increase from the TO7/70's 64KBytes) and improves on the original TO8 by having a 3Β½" floppy drive installed.
