Ya know the saying...it's more about how you react to stress rather than the stress itself? Well sometimes it's still just too much! Esp if you have a chronic illness like an autoimmune disease.

But self care is one surefire way to help manage your stressors, no matter how big or small or how many different stressors you have.

Love on YOU! Do some things just for you and take care of yourself. It helps to take your mind away from the stress. Self care can calm the stormiest of moments.

I opted for Paleo AIP pudding, put some makeup on, got dressed up (even though I wasn't going a dang place) and got my hair done-did! (By myself...at home LOL)
