I found this nice beverage and wine refrigerator that was on the side of the road with a sign that said working. Upon testing, the lights and temperature systems worked, but the cooling function of the refrigerator did in fact not cool, unlike the misleading instructions would have you believe.

After a couple of minutes I discovered that the start relay was bad and proceeded to order it from a well-knownn online store. In this video I walkthrough how I came about discovering that the relay required replacing it and testing it. I also spent some time pondering why the previous owner had written it was working and why he/she may have misled passerbys.

I spent $10 on a single-part replacement (relay 4.7Ohm). Now if only I had a use for this soda refrigerator.
