I will show how to install a Double Din Pioneer Radio in a B7 Audi A4. I removed the factory head unit. I removed the a pillar to install the mic for the radio. I removed the glove box to run the usb extension cable inside the glove box compartment. This modification may be applicable to the B7 Audi A4's from these years 2005-2008.
