This Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan recipe is everything you love about the original but healthier. Crispy breaded panko and parmesan chicken breast cook moist and delicious in Air Fryer with marinara and mozzarella. SO GOOD!

Ingredients,
2 Chicken Breasts (split in half)
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup, shredded Parmesan not grated Parmesan
1/2 cup, Italian-style bread crumbs
1/2 tsp, dry oregano
1/2 tsp, dry Thyme
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs whisked
1/2 cup, marinara sauce
1/2 cup, shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooking spray
Instructions,
slice the chicken breasts in half (lengthwise)
Season with salt, and pepper on both sides.
whisk the eggs and add to the chicken and mix well to coat.
In a medium bowl mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dry thyme, oregano, and paprika.add each piece of chicken to the breadcrumb and cheese mixture and coat well.
lightly spray oil on top.
spray or brush oil the Air fryer Basket and add coated chicken in a single layer.Air Fry at 380F for 12 minutes.
Flip the chicken breasts over halfway through.
lightly spray oil on top and cook until the chicken looks crispy and is cooked through and the internal temperature of the chicken breast reaches 165°F.
after cooking for 12 minutes, top the chicken breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
