A very common question we get from customers is how to design a flexible end use part when using The Lubrizol Corporation's ESTANE® 3D TPU M95A material on our HP 3D Printing MJF machine. The challenge is that we are locked at a 95A durometer, but, by adjusting the thickness of the wall of your part you can achieve some pretty neat results.

Here is a quick guide that incorporates a bunch of lessons we have learned while designing end use TPU parts over at our other business unit DeWys Engineering.
