In this video, I'm going to share with you is a concept called Fractals. which can make a huge difference to your business.

I love learning from nature. And I love learning from people who have analyzed the world's natural laws and who can represent those natural laws into practical life and business life.

So when you look at fractals in any business model, there are three parts of the system, input, process, and then output.

What is the process to achieve this?
For Eg. Webinar.
The first part of the webinar fractal is a showup.
The second part of the webinar fractal is people who stay till the end of the webinar,
The third part of the webinar fractal is the process is buying.

If you look at value as a fractal, the input is information.
The processing is where you need to give an irresistible offer.
And the output is "No Friction" if it's an irresistible offer,

If you apply the 80-20 rule, only the top 20% of your actions are going to be creating 80% impact. And once you can identify those actions, and when you map it down into the fractals and only work on those top 20%, you're going to be getting huge success in everything you do.

In every phase of your business, Like traffic leads and sales, only 20% of visitors will become leads. Only 20% of your leads may show up for your webinars. Only 20% of the people in the webinar may end up buying your products.

When you map it down into fractals like this, it becomes easier for you to find out which area you need to tweak if you are not getting results.
