In this video we will learn how to control our anger from the wisdom of the ancient Roman philosopher Seneca.
Seneca said that even when anger seems justifiable, one should never act on it since anger is temporary. Stop spending time becoming furious about things that couldn't give a thought about how you feel. Stop believing that expressing emotion toward inanimate things, circumstances, or entities will change anything. You are not making a difference. Actually, being angry simply makes problems worse.
