In this video I move away from the standard complete 3D printed model and incorporate laser cut steel plates to make a motor assembly- I use laser cuts plates as they are far cheaper than a CNC 3d part. This greatly improves the efficiency of the speaker while keeping it DIY cost friendly.

This speaker is about 8-10 times more energy efficient than the previous version of my 3d printed speaker.
