In this video I go over how to make grillz in a step by step process. This video will go through each step, step 1 being spru attachment to your wax model. Then investing the models in side the flask with a cellulose liner to prevent shrinkage, step three will cover the burnout process which will get us prepared for the casting process. In step 4 when I go over all the information you’ll need to prepare your metal to get ready for casting and how to properly find how much metal you’ll need for casting your specific piece. And finally step 5 will be the quenching and cleaning which is fairly simple. All information for the things you need will be listed above for your convience.
