Today we add a winch to the Yamaha G11 Golf Cart. This Golf Cart project quickly gets out of control with the addition of a winch. with this being my first golf cart, I did not know how much power they had. so I bought a winch to load it on to a trailer. this I wound up not needing it for the Yamaha G11 but decided to install it anyway. In this video I show you how I mounted it. upcoming videos will show how I wired it and did repairs on the body.
