Areas around the Daintree including cairns can expect some heavy showers today, as a tropical low in the Eastern extremities of the Coral Sea draws closer to New Caledonia and weakens off. There is also a significant weather front in the Tasman sea, and some heavy rainfall now on the Forecast for Sydney and surrounds and get this, also for Perth.
