Gangster-turned-politician Mukhtar Ansari passed away on Mar 28 following a cardiac arrest. Mukhtar Ansari took his last breath at Banda Medical College Hospital in Uttar Pradesh. Large numbers of people gathered outside the politician’s residence in Ghazipur. Security arrangements have been beefed up in several parts of UP after the demise. However, Umar Ansari, the son of Mukhtar Ansari, alleged conspiracy in his father’s death.
