Hi. My name is Dan Croitor. I’ve attended high school in Romania with a specialization in information technology, which I followed with university where I studied IT and telecom and a second one a school of business.

Then I went on to work in IT outsourcing, on small projects, until I managed to make enough money to hire freelancers to work for me. Then after I formed a winning team, I found a business partner with whom I started an HR software business and then my own Youtube channel, where I share about the more interesting HR trends.

8 years ago I started an HR b2b software with a partner, where I’d have the unique opportunity to follow every digital step of 200 US hiring managers in the services industry - including how they advertised their openings through job ads, how they hired and transitioned people through the company.

I was always fascinated with the science of HR, especially in a digital context as an accelerator and in the past couple of years I’ve been researching and sharing content about this. I have more than 5000 Youtube subscribers and upwards of 150k views per month - essentially people looking for well paying jobs.
