If off-road’s your thing, there’s a new Ram pickup to consider. The automaker has confirmed it’s the 2025 Ram 1500 RHO, which will sit at the top of the company’s current lineup of don’t-need-pavement machines. RHO stands for Ram High Output, but because it seems close enough to “rhino,” that critter appears on a commemorative plate riveted on to the console box lid.

The RHO shares its high-output engine with the luxury-trim models, but further includes an exclusive low-restriction, true-dual exhaust system with a valve that opens at full throttle to change the exhaust note. Its high-flow engine air induction system incorporates an easy-access filter, so if you’re out running in the dunes, you can pop the filter and shake any sand out of it. The engine also includes dual oil pickups, so it’ll still get lubrication if the truck’s on a sharp incline, either up or down. Towing capacity is a maximum of 8,380 lbs.
